About Us

Based in the Pittsburgh, PA area, we are able to service customers across several states. From small job and maintenance shops to large-scale facilities, we can keep your equipment up and running.

CNC Service Group East Incorporated offers full-service on-site and machine tool maintenance and repair. We focus on the repair of CNC-equipped machines, however, we will work on all equipment. Our specialty is the repair of Fanuc-controlled, and Centroid-equipped machinery.

Our shop space offers the capability to repair and rebuild machine spindles, headstocks, and any other machine components. We work closely with our vendors to supply the best replacement parts available, keeping your machinery in top condition.

We also offer preventive maintenance services for your business. From one machine to your entire shop, we can develop and execute a preventive maintenance strategy that aligns with the goals of your business.

Our Standard Rates

Standard Service Rate: $135/hr (Monday to Friday)*

Weekend Service Rate: $200/hr

Holiday Rate: $300/hr**

Travel: $75/hr***

Mileage: $0.80/mile

Per Diem: Based on locality

Additional Costs: Living expenses and tolls

are billed at cost and are

in addition to those shown

above.

Notes:

* Rates other than those shown are subject to prior agreement between customer and CNC Service Group East Incorporated.

** Holiday availability is subject to prior approval.

*** Weekend travel, with prior approval by the customer, will be billed at the same rate.

Payment Terms:

Standard Terms: Net 30, or via Credit Card.

New customers are required to first pay by credit card, and net 30 terms will be offered based on a credit check.
